Answering your questions.
Informing your decisions.

Empowering you to…

Know your users

Understanding your audience gives your team insight into who you’re building for. At any stage of development we can explore who your users are or will be, to understand their needs and desires, what’s important to them, and how they make decisions.

Get feedback on your product

As you develop your product or service, it’s important to get feedback from users. Starting at the concept or storyboard phase we can evaluate what value propositions resonate with users, and what features would they value most. Building on that understanding, we can define the minimum viable feature set for launch, and how should you position or package your product. Once you have designs or a prototype, we can gather feedback for improvement of usability and discoverability. With a pre-release or beta-version we can track real usage to identify points of drop-off or confusion.

Understand your competition

It’s important to assess the industry or space you’re in, and evaluate the competition. Knowing how your users think about the current solutions, where those solutions fall short, and what needs are going unmet can surface golden product opportunities for you.

Measure your success

With pre-releases and launches come questions about how your product is performing. Let us help you determine user success metrics and a clear plan on how to measure that success with a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
